I continue to maintain that the only brand to ever successfully get the red out is Clairol Herbal Essences. Is that what you're using? I know when Time Out NY told me I didn't believe them either. But it really works. Especially the super-stripping XXXX ultra blonde kits. I still have whitey (and healthy) hair from using that business in 2002.
