Man, if Gretchen can write an entry after *her* weekend, I'd be pretty lame to not check in. All I did was go to a wedding. In Texas, though, so I did have that horrible traveling thing. People who take planes everywhere all the time, how do you do it. They are pretty sucky. Everyone is nice and things are usually on time and stuff, but my ears. Ow. And nose. And my skin gets all dry and I get all painy from sitting still too long. Ugh. Yes, I am very cranky. Guess what is on? "Pee Wee's Big Adventure"! Yay! Although we were only a couple of hours away, I didn't go to the Alamo basement. I wanted to, believe me, but there was lots to do. The wedding was pretty spectacular. It was on Halloween itself and was a costume wedding. Fabulous. Everyone dressed up pretty seriously, which is exactly the kind of enthusiasm you should have at a wedding, and the ceremony was lovely and everyone had such a great time, even the bride and groom, who I think, too often have to run around and do junk at weddings, but these two (and the two at my earlier wedding) had done all their junk before I guess, so they ended up dancing and having fun. The Eggmen were the band. They are a Beatles tribute band, which was also great as everyone likes that music and everyone danced. Oh! It was fun. Two spectacular weddings in one month. I am so lucky! And I was dying to come home but now that I am home I am kind of bored. Bleh. I have billions of work to do, but I am still too trip-scattered to get to it. Also, I have to send an evil hex to that damn network who didn't pay me. Bastards. ... say something, anything (1)
