So I had a party, yes. And The Girl, she got this very bizarre present from The Fan. It was a blue-green men's thong sling. Very Undergear. I'd be hard pressed to come up with any situation in which this would be an appropriate garment and I can't imagine anytime when anyone would voluntarily wear one, but The Girl asked everyone to and some even did. I must admit that my favorite excuse for not putting it on was, "I have political aspirations," though my wildly non-creative "Get that thing away from me," worked just as well.

But yes, people put it on. Lots of people. You know how you get a roll of film back way after you take the photos and are sometimes surprised by what is on it? Well, I was drinking at this party and so I managed to even be surprised at what was on my *digital camera* the next morning. Sad.

So, yes. Here's my birthday party, documented. Oh man.
